Quality Control

Our QC department is composed of 3 QC engineers and 12 QC assistants, with the expanding of our output, more QC staffs are needed. We strictly conduct international quality standards to meet the clients demands.

PROCEDURES/TESTING DETAILS:
Incoming materials have to pass strict examination before being accepted, IQC check sampling refers to AQL on whether to accept or not.
IPQC checks on the products and manufacturing procedures are conducted.Results are recorded for future study.
FQC on the final product, referring to CSP standards.Final testing is also conducted.
QA on all items to be shipped, referring to AQL.All procedures are up to ISO 9001:2000 standards.
